FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS:
To avoid a missed appointment fee, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- After the first missed appointment or late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), a credit card will be required to reschedule future appointments.
- Any future missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
